Our Jan. 12, 2012 sailing is now sold out and we have a waitlist. Our MCE cruise groups are small. Two reasons, one our transportation at the ports of call to do our real estate tours can only hold so many people, the developments we visit can only handle so many people and the conference room we reserve on the ships can only handle so many people. So once we hit our limit, unless we can find bigger buses, a larger conference room and our developments we visit will allow us to bring in more people we have to close that sailing date. Yep, We Offer a Payment Schedule!
Yes, we offer a payment schedule for your MCE Cruise. Make your deposit and then we will make automatic charges to your cruise every month. This way you are not hit with a big final payment, a little comes out each month up to your final payment date! Ask our agent for details!
Class Schedule
Our MCE classes take place during the mornings of the days at sea for our cruises. That leaves you lunch and the afternoon and evenings to relax by the pool, enjoy the spa, the casino, the entertainment, the pool or just relax in your cabin or on deck and do nothing at all. It's your choice.
When in Port
At select ports of call on each cruise we have exclusive real estate tours or events set up for you. This might be a local tour to meet with local developers or it might be a lunch in a local restaurant with a local speaker on real estate investment in their country or a networking party with local rest estate agents at that destination. In any case you will come away with more knowledge and some great contacts to help you grow your real estate business!.
Tax Deductible
The combination of having our classes at sea AND exclusive real estate tours/events in the ports of call allow you to deduct the full cost of your MCE cruise. Per the IRS when you use the ship as a means of transportation (you're taking the cruise to get to the destination for the real estate tour) you are allowed to deduct the cost of the transportation (the cruise)!
